
Why might I need help with C2C?
As a full time broker over the last 8 years trust me when I say that real estate can be extremely stressful. You never want to turn down a client, but when those contracts add up you risk dropping the ball & causing yourself unneccessary stress & fires that will ultimately have to be put out. Why not hand over the contract to an experienced (and trustworthy) virtual admin that can take the reins & get your client from contract to CLOSE!
So with that said.. what do I provide??

Obtain & Correct any Contract Documents when/if needed

Communicate with clients on next steps - Checks, Inspections, etc

Obtain Signed Copies of DD & EM Receipts

Communicate with Listing Agent, Closing Attorney & Lender (when applicable) Providing Contract Docs & Setting Closing Date

Schedule all inspections according to you & your clients decisions

Make sure inspectors have access codes & communicate with the listing agent

Maintain calendar to stay on track with DD and Closing

Stay on top of appraisal & dd date in case you & your client are attempting to negotiate repairs/credits

Prep amendments when/if needed & send for signature, provide to all parties involved

Order Home Warranty when applicable

Get Utility Information & Communicate with Buyer

Check in on Closing Docs & Ensure seller docs have been prepped & are in order for anticipated closing

Review final Closing Disclosure/HUD

Schedule Final Walk thru & arrange for keys to be delivered

Follow up with closing attorney regarding funding & deed recordation
-
Finalize Professional Services Disclosure & any other documentation needed by agents brokerage & submit for final compliance (referral, respa, etc)

Correct any errors needed by your Broker-in-Charge so you can get PAID :)

Send client a review request & thank you email
